Rust - matte brownish reds - excellent

personally, i really like kat von d. the quality of this palatte is excellent. i really like the colors and they look great on yellow tone skin. the quality of these powders are great. they are pigmented and easy to blend. there are some fall-outs but it's within the acceptable range, and it's normal for highly pigmented eyeshadows to have fall-outs. the price is reasonable too.

Rust - matte brownish reds - Favorite Kat Von D palette

This palette is very pigmented so it takes a little extra effort to blend however it is well worth it. The how-to insert that comes with the palette shows you how to how the different shades for each different eye shape - covering lift, define, widen and narrow eyes. I have tried all the different techniques and they certainly worked as Kat described.

Plum - matte purples - Plum - matte purples

I quite like this palette, though I haven't used it a lot. I think I would have loved it if the colours were darker and feel I will probably be more inclined to only use the darker colours. It's easy to blend and very nicely pigmented. I have mostly used it to add some colour to my smokey eyes when using the cool gray palette.

Smoke - matte cool grays - Smoke - matte cool grays

Although the pigments and texture is different to the Shade + Light eye contour palette I really love this palette as well. These shades create a really pretty smokey eye and blend beautifully. I haven't had a problem with fallout or smudging and they still look amazing at the end of a long day.

Plum - matte purples - Love it!

I love how this product is cruelty free and the shadows blend so perfectly. Such a creamy formula that contains a nice diversity of colours. Really travel handy as well. So easy to create a day to night time eye look with this palette.

Rust - matte brownish reds - best quad ever

Kat Von D eyeshadows are very pigmented and blendable!! These quads are nicely coordinated and you can create several looks from this colour scheme. Imo this quad is worth every penny you spent. No regrets and I keep on using it till this day.

Plum - matte purples - Versatile and blendable

I bought the plum matte purples eventhough I do not have green eyes. They are silky, highly pigmented and finely milled. Therefore, they are easily blended and will stick to the eyeshadow primer. The colors work great with other shadows I already have. Highly recommend!

Rust - matte brownish reds - Super pigmented

This is a really good eyeshadow palette for those who like a red based eye. The colours are super pigmented and blend really well. The only negative is that I cant do a whole eye look with this palette and tend to reach for a few other shadows, as there isn't a good transition shade included.

Sage - matte greens - More of a miss than a hit

I bought this mostly because I was in love with the dark green shade that comes in the Sage palette. I still love the shade, but I found all four of the colours to be quite chalky and drying on my skin. Kat von D's eyeshadows have always been a bit of a hit-or-miss (like, either absolutely fantastic or downright terrible) for me, and I have to say that this one is definitely more of a miss than a hit. Even when it is applied over a layer of primer, some of it still manages to end up powdered around my overall eye area by the end of the work day, making me look a bit like a generic evil acolyte from a generic summer blockbuster superhero film. I also find the colour combinations to be a little odd. There is a little instruction leaflet included in the palette, but when I follow those instructions, it makes my eyes look oddly swollen, possibly due to the fact that the "Base" colour is way too dark for my skin. I've been using the dark gray shade mixed with a tiny bit of coconut oil as an eyebrown cream, and the colour works wonderfully for a dramatic eyebrow look. The green sometimes gets some airtime on my eyelids together with the black from KVD's Shade & Light eyeshadow palette. But I've used the other two colours maybe twice. I also find the make of the palette itself a little odd. Perhaps I got a defective one, but the lid only opens up to a 90 degree angle, such that the mirror in the palette is effectively useless unless you apply your makeup with the palette held right up to your face. Considering the pricing as well, if you want a KVD palette with colours, you are much better off getting Serpentina. Now that's a buttery-smooth palette that doesn't disappoint.

Sage - matte greens - Shade + Light Eye Contour Quad

Doesn't really know what to do with the green shade but the rest are totally great for a daily natural look. Easy to blend and very pigminted so a lil goes a long way. Tend to be a lil powdery coz it's very fine but then again, that's what makes it great to set your eye primer with. All in all, it's a good palette to bring about for touch ups if necessary.
