Organising Entity: This Campaign is organised by Sephora New Zealand Limited (“Sephora”) in collaboration with Right To Be (“Charity”).
Territory: New Zealand (“Territory”)
Campaign Period: The Campaign shall be valid for qualifying purchases made from 9 October 2026, 12:00am New Zealand Standard Time (GMT+12) to 10 October 2026, 11:59pm New Zealand Standard Time (GMT+12). (“Campaign Period”)
Donation Mechanism: Sephora will be donating $2 for every Sephora Collection product sold, to the Charity during the Campaign Period, subject to the Donation Cap.
Donation Cap: The total maximum donation by Sephora to the Charity under this Campaign is capped at $1,220 (“Donation Cap”). Once this cap is reached, no further donations will be made by Sephora in relation to subsequent sales, even if the Campaign Period has not concluded.
Currency: All monetary value referenced in any materials in relation to the Campaign, including the donation amount per product and the Donation Cap, are stated in New Zealand Dollar.
Eligibility:
This Campaign is only applicable to Sephora Collection products purchased within the Territory during the Campaign Period via the following channels:
Sephora retail stores located within New Zealand.
Sephora’s local online store, accessible at https://www.sephora.nz; and
the Sephora mobile application.
Exclusions: The following shall not be regarded to be a qualifying purchase and therefore no donation shall be made by Sephora:
Qualifying orders containing Sephora Collection products that are subsequently cancelled in full.
Qualifying orders containing Sephora Collection products which are partially cancelled, returned or refunded, to the extent that the Sephora Collection product(s) were cancelled, returned or refunded. For the avoidance of doubt, donations will only be made for Sephora Collection products which are successfully completed, fulfilled and not returned or refunded.
No Direct Customer Donation: The donation is made by Sephora directly to the Right To Be.
Donation usage: Sephora shall not be responsible for the application or use of the donated funds by the Right To Be.
Sephora does not make any warranties, undertakings or representations, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reputation, integrity, standing or operational effectiveness of any nominated charity (including the Charity). By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that Sephora and its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any acts, omissions or conduct of the charity, including but not limited to, the use or distribution of donated funds or for any outcomes resulting from the charity's operations. Participants are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence regarding the Charity.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sephora (including its affiliates and each of their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss (including loss of opportunity), damage, expense or other costs arising in connection with the Campaign.
Sephora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if the integrity of the Campaign is compromised. Any such changes will be published on the Sephora’s website https://www.sephora.nz and/or official social media pages.
Intellectual Property: Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Campaign, are the property of their respective owners.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Campaign shall be governed by New Zealand and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
